Save bones! Roast a whole chicken, then save the carcass and bones in the freezer.

1 large spaghetti squash
Clean the squash
Cup in half
Scoop out seeds
Add a small amount of water to baking dish
Put squash halves cut side down
Bake in 350 degree
Dinner will be on the table quickly with this easy recipe.

At least 2 cups chopped vegetables per person.
