Paleo Coconut Flour and Almond Butter Muffins
Easy muffin recipe and a good source of protein and fat.
- 3 ripe bananas
- 1 cup creamy nut butter
- 4 eggs
- 1/4 cup raw honey
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
- 1/4 cup coconut flour
- 1/4 cup Chocolate Protein Powder (or plain or vanilla)
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Mix all ingredients until smooth.
Add 1/4 cup of batter to muffin tin, lined with parchment paper baking cups
Bake 20 minutes at 350 degrees.
