Chocolate Almond Bars (Grain-free, Dairy-free, Egg-Free)
- 2 cups Almond Flour
- 1/2 c Flax Seeds (grind into Flax Meal)
- 1/2 cup shredded coconut
- 1/2 cup almond butter
- 1/4 tsp Real Salt
- 1/2 cup coconut oil
- 2 tsp vanilla
- 12 drops liquid stevia
- 1/2 cup Organic Seed Mix
- Topping: 1 cup Enjoy Life Mini Chocolate Chips
Melt 1 cup of Enjoy Life Mini Chocolate Chips
- Grind whole flax seeds into flax meal.
- Mix all bar ingredients together.
- Press into 8×8 glass dish.
- Refrigerate until set (or freeze)
- Spread chocolate onto bars once they are set.
