Natural Remedy for Bone Spurs

Painful bone spurs in the heel area?

Don’t resort to surgery for bone spurs if you don’t need to.

Here’s what may help:

1. Daily Vitamin K2 (puts calcium where it should be and removes it from soft tissue areas). I use Life Extension brand

2. Daily applications of Bragg’s Apple Cider Vinegar may help too.

3. Eat an anti-inflammatory diet of grass-fed or wild caught animal protein, 2-3 veg per meal, 0-3 fruit per day, seeds, nuts, raw coconut oil, olive oil, macadamia nut oil.

4. Anti-inflammatory supplements: 1 Tbs. Carlson’s Cod Liver Oil per day and 1 Bio Curcumin per day.

4. Magnesium glycinate (not not not Magnesium Oxide) capsules,  400mg/day
