This is just the quick and dirty list of what I see as the top 5 supplements most people need.
I use Nutrex Hawaiian Spirulina (1 tsp powder in a smoothie per day) as my multi vitamin along with a nutrient-dense real food diet.
- Vitamin D3, 5,000IU/day
- Vitamin K2 (when supplementing with Vitamin D3, K2 is needed to keep calcium out of the arteries and in the skeletal system).
- Carlson Cod Liver Oil, 1 Tbs per day
- Magnesium Glycinate 2 to 4 caps per day to start
- Probiotic, 1 per day (multiple strains, and billions of organisms)
