Incorporate Leftovers into Breakfast!
I love Saturday’s relaxed pace – got outside today before breakfast for a little walk/run,
then by 10:00 a.m. I was hungry for a biggie breakfast!
Here’s my half leftovers/half fresh breakfast:
- Heat coconut oil in pan
- Add a handful spinach, 3 asparagus, 3 cherry tomatoes, 2 mushrooms, left over Organic Italian Sausage.
- Season with pepper, turmeric, garlic powder, organic all purpose seasoning.
I decided I might not get full, so tossed a spoonful of leftover mashed sweet potato in the pan, and added a few blueberries on the plate.
I also had Costco organic coffee with canned coconut milk.
Join the real food revival! (hint, calorie counting doesn’t work, we must eat good fats, quality protein, lots of veggies!)
