Easy Shrimp Stir Fry

Dinner will be on the table quickly with this easy recipe.

Use a variety of vegetables, whatever you have on hand.

At least 2 cups chopped vegetables per person.

I used:

  • Brussels Sprouts
  • Carrot
  • Celery
  • Mushroom
  • Bell Pepper
  • Asparagus
  • Onion
  • Fresh garlic
  • Shrimp
  • Coconut Oil

Heat the coconut oil in skillet.

Sauté the the vegetables, remove from pan.

Cook the shrimp and return the vegetables to the pan.

Add 1 tsp sesame oil.

Add Gluten-free Tamari Sauce to taste.
