Can DHEA cream be beneficial for women post-menopause?
Dr. Fernand Labrie, a Canadian physician, has done some really great research on DHEA cream and its use for postmenopausal women.
There are two substances that fall into the category of Fountain of Youth. They are Vitamin D and bioidentical DHEA.
Both of these substances are made from cholesterol.
DHEA taken orally is eliminated by the first pass effect of the liver, and only provides DHEA-S to the bloodstream, DHEA-S cannot be converted by the body into DHEA.
