CHICKEN SOUP RECIPE
Saute in coconut oil:
1/2 chopped onion
2 carrots, chopped
2 stalks celery, chopped
1/2 tsp dried thyme
2 cloves fresh garlic
1 tsp dried ro
If your smoothie is made with fat-free yogurt, juice, bananas and pineapple it is really a blood sugar spiking shake instead of a meal or adequate snack.
