Baked Chicken Thighs

Easy Prep:

3 pounds chicken thighs

2 Tbs butter, melted

Mix in small bowl:

  • 1 Tbs Paprika
  • 1 Tbs Onion Powder
  • 1 Tbs Garlic Powder
  • 1/2 Tbs unrefined sea salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper

Oven: 375 degrees

Place chicken in glass baking dish and brush with melted butter.

Sprinkle the seasoning mix generously over chicken.

Bake uncovered about 30 minutes or until done.

Serving Suggestions

Serving suggestion:

Steam sliced sweet potatoes about 7-10 minutes

Steam green beans about 5-7 minutes

Meanwhile, melt 1 Tbs butter in small pan, add 2 cloves crushed garlic, salt and a handful of slivered almonds and sauté until brown.
