After following the plan, Heidi reported to the group on her progress. “So it’s an anniversary of sorts—one year ago I started on this real food plan. I couldn’t be more grateful for the ways it has helped me in ways I didn’t even know I needed. 

“I’m sure I’m not doing everything right, but I try and I have stuck with it. Though I know it’s not all about the weight, I’m down 30 pounds, rarely have cravings, not groggy in the afternoons, no deep hunger feelings, skin and hair are fantastic.
