
Paleo Grain-Free Savory Bread – Great for Dinner!
- 4 eggs
- 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 1/4 cup canned coconut milk
- 1/2 tsp dried rosemary
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon Redmond sea salt
- 1/3 cup freshly ground flax seeds
- 3/4 cup coconut flour
- Blend eggs, olive oil, coconut milk and rosemary together in a bowl.
- Add baking soda, salt, flax and coconut flour.
- Batter will be dry.
- Prepare loaf pan with butter and parchment paper.
- Spoon batter into loaf pan.
- Smooth with a piece of wax paper or the back of a rubber spatula
- Bake 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
