Brittany, age 30, battled debilitating gastrointestinal issues following the birth of her first son six years ago.
Troy and Cole both grew up on farms in the Midwest corn belt. Their diets were based on meat and a lot of starchy foods like potatoes, corn and beans.
Before taking the class I would make anything that was quick and easy.
“I will never go on a low-calorie diet again,” she wrote explaining that she had struggled with trying to lose weight by utilizing 1,000 calorie diets.
I grew up on a home where “real” food was the only thing I knew. I am thankful
for that foundation. My mom grew up in the South of France.
