Paleo Chicken and Broccoli

Recipe for an easy, delicious dinner.

Ingredients

  • 4 cups broccoli florets
  • 1 Tbs ginger, grated
  • 1/3 – 1/2 onion
  • 1 carrot
  • 4 cloves garlic, pressed
  • 1/2 tsp crushed red pepper flakes
  • Avocado Oil
  • 2 Tbs Sesame Oil
  • 1/4 cup Coconut Aminos
  • 2 # chicken, cut into bite size pieces

 Instructions

  1. Heat 1-2 Tbs Avocado Oil in a skillet
  2. Cook onion and carrot 5 minutes
  3. Add garlic and chicken, cook until chicken is cooked through
  4. Add broccoli and ginger, cover and let steam on low-med heat for 5 minutes
  5. Add 2 Tbs Sesame Oil
  6. Add 1/4 cup Coconut Aminos
  7. Heat through

Serves 3-4
