Pepper, Onion, Mushroom Egg Bake

  • 15 eggs
  • 1.5 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp Bragg’s Herb Sprinkle
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 2 bell peppers, diced
  • 1 onion, diced
  • About 12 mushrooms, sliced
  • Avocado oil

Salute bell pepper, onion, mushroom in avocado oil.

Add salt, pepper, garlic power, Bragg’s

Prepare 9×13 dish, grease with avocado oil or butter

With a slotted spoon transfer cooked vegetables to the 9×13 pan

Beat eggs, add in baking soda

Pour egg mixture over vegetables.

Bake at 350 for 30 minutes or until knife comes out clean.

Eat immediately or cool and refrigerate for another day.
