Paleo Chicken and Broccoli
Recipe for an easy, delicious dinner.
Ingredients
- 4 cups broccoli florets
 - 1 Tbs ginger, grated
 - 1/3 – 1/2 onion
 - 1 carrot
 - 4 cloves garlic, pressed
 - 1/2 tsp crushed red pepper flakes
 - Avocado Oil
 - 2 Tbs Sesame Oil
 - 1/4 cup Coconut Aminos
 - 2 # chicken, cut into bite size pieces
 
Instructions
- Heat 1-2 Tbs Avocado Oil in a skillet
 - Cook onion and carrot 5 minutes
 - Add garlic and chicken, cook until chicken is cooked through
 - Add broccoli and ginger, cover and let steam on low-med heat for 5 minutes
 - Add 2 Tbs Sesame Oil
 - Add 1/4 cup Coconut Aminos
 - Heat through
 
Serves 3-4
