Roasted Cauliflower with Balsamic Vinegar
Ingredients

- 1 head cauliflower chopped
 - 2 T extra virgin olive oil
 - 4 Tbs balsamic vinegar
 - Salt and pepper to taste
 
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425.
 - In a bowl or ziplock bag, mix the oil, balsamic and salt.
 - Add cauliflower and toss to coat.
 - Line baking pan with parchment paper.
 - Roast in the oven for 45 minutes turning the pieces every 10-15 minutes until all sides are a golden like brown.
 
Balsamic will burn toward end, so flip the cauliflower frequently.
