Roasted Cauliflower with Balsamic Vinegar


  • 1 head cauliflower chopped
  • 2 T extra virgin olive oil
  • 4 Tbs balsamic vinegar
  • Salt and pepper to taste


  1. Preheat oven to 425.
  2. In a bowl or ziplock bag, mix the oil, balsamic and salt.
  3. Add cauliflower and toss to coat.
  4. Line baking pan with parchment paper.
  5. Roast in the oven for 45 minutes turning the pieces every 10-15 minutes until all sides are a golden like brown.

Balsamic will burn toward end, so flip the cauliflower frequently.
