Kale Apple Ginger Lemon Juice

Blend the following ingredients for a fresh green drink that will give you a quick infusion of nutrients to fuel your day. 

  • 2 cups Kale or Power Greens
  • 1 whole lemon, peeled
  • Small piece of ginger, peeled and chopped
  • 1 apple, cored
  • 2 cups of water
