How to Nebulize Hydrogen Peroxide

Benefits of Nebulized Hydrogen Peroxide (HP)

“It should also be emphasized that hydrogen peroxide nebulization quickly and effectively resolves the common cold and all variety of influenza viral syndromes, depending on long how the patients have been infected when the nebulization is initiated. It also means that 1⁄4 of a penny can do what many extended hospitalizations costing many hundreds of thousands to millions of dollars do not do: heal the patient, spare the patient much suffering and possibly death, and permit the patient or family of the patient to avoid complete financial devastation.” ~ Thomas E. Levy, MD

Thomas E. Levy, MD offers a free ebook on-line called Rapid Virus Recovery. In the book he has over 600 scientific citations from Peer-Reviewed Journals. Here are a few quotes from Dr. Levy:

“The inhalation of HP by nebulization has been shown to be extremely effective for the rapid elimination of any pathogen presence in the sinuses, nose, throat, and deep into the lungs.”

Applying a protocol of hydrogen peroxide (HP) nebulizations [the repeated inhalations of a fine HP mist] after an exposure to [germs] or after the initial symptoms of [sickness] are noted offers a prompt and definitive [benefit] in nearly everyone. ~ Dr. Levy

Is it Safe to Nebulize Hydrogen Peroxide? Yes!

Update from Dr. Mercola, October 12, 2021:

“It is really important to dilute the hydrogen peroxide with saline to get a 0.1% solution, as indicated in the chart below; 99.9% of what you’re inhaling is literally harmless saline, not peroxide. As I’ll discuss further below, saline may even have distinct health benefits of its own.

What to do if you don’t have 12%?

If you do not have 12% Peroxide as a starting concentration, use the chart below to help you make the proper dilution with a starting concentration of 3% Hydrogen Peroxide or 36% Hydrogen Peroxide.

Instructions: How to Make Normal Saline

  • Using a 16oz glass jar, fill with purified water. Do not use tap water.
  • Use stainless steel measuring spoon, measure 5 grams ( ~1 tsp) Real Salt, Himalayan Salt or Celtic Salt .
  • Add salt to 16oz of purified water.
  • Stir to dissolve.

How to Prepare Hydrogen Peroxide for the Nebulizer

  • Add 3/4 tsp of Food GradeHydrogen Peroxide to the 16oz jar of Normal Saline prepared above.

  • Add 1/2 tsp (or 1 – 2 droppers) of the hydrogen peroxide/saline solution prepared above to the Nebulizer.
  • Using the mask, breathe in the nebulized hydrogen peroxide.

Treatment Times

Sick? Treat every hour until you are better. Within the first day you should feel better. Decrease to every four to six hours. ~Dr. Mercola.

“Treatment times need only last 5 to 15 minutes in most circumstances.

This means that a cure, or effective kickstart to the rapid resolution of a respiratory virus, could cost as little as 1⁄4 of a penny.” ~Dr. Thomas E. Levy

Keep this in your emergency tool kit and practice using it. Go ahead and make the solution now so that you are ready when you need a treatment.

Short of Breath

I have COPD and this is the BEST nebulizer I have found. I tried 10 different machines and this one is perfect. I would definitely recommend this nebulizer!!!!!! ~Tonia

This nose/mouth piece is soft and comfortable, and completely odor-free! The parts are easy to put together/take apart, and are extremely easy to clean. P.S. it also comes with an extra, smaller-sized nose/mouth piece for a child. ~MLA
