Barbecue Chicken Wings – Sauce Recipe – Gluten-free, Dairy-free, Paleo

Game Day Barbecue Chicken Wings

  • 1/2 onion, chopped
  • 1/4 stick butter
  • 15 oz can tomato sauce
  • 1 cup Franks Hot Sauce
  • 1/4 cup raw honey
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 2 cloves garlic, crushed
  • a few squirts of Sriracha Sauce

Heat sauce ingredients in a saucepan, keep on low until wings are ready.

Bake chicken wings on parchment paper-lined rimmed baking trays.

375 degrees about 1 hour.

Toss wings in a bowl with the sauce, or use a brush to cover the wings.

Return to the oven a few minutes.
