Dairy-free Paleo Cloud Bread Recipe



  1. Beat 3 egg whites, vinegar, pinch of salt until the egg whites form stiff peaks.
  2. In a separate bowl, beat 3 egg yolks with 3 Tbs mayo until smooth.
  3. Gently incorporate the egg white mixture and the yolk mixture until combined.
  4. Use 1/2 measure and scoop six mounds onto a lined baking sheet.
  5. Bake at 300 degrees until golden, about 20 minutes.

Store in the refrigerator. I separate the pieces with a little parchment paper.

This is my “bread” for tuna salad or egg salad or it is a nice side that is only healthy fat and protein. You can try toasting cloud bread too!
