Easy Salmon Patties

Mix and form patties:

  • 3 cans wild caught salmon
  • 1 medium onion, finely diced and cooked in butter
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • ½ cup almond flour
  • 2 large eggs, beaten
  • 1/4 cup avocado Mayonnaise
  • salt and pepper

Fry patties in butter or olive oil 3-4 minutes per side.

LEMON DILL MAYONNAISE

  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 Tbs. finely chopped fresh dill or 2 tsp dried dill
  • 1 ½ Tbs. lemon juice
  • salt and pepper
