
Easy Salmon Patties

Mix and form patties:
- 3 cans wild caught salmon
- 1 medium onion, finely diced and cooked in butter
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- ½ cup almond flour
- 2 large eggs, beaten
- 1/4 cup avocado Mayonnaise
- salt and pepper
Fry patties in butter or olive oil 3-4 minutes per side.
LEMON DILL MAYONNAISE
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 2 Tbs. finely chopped fresh dill or 2 tsp dried dill
- 1 ½ Tbs. lemon juice
- salt and pepper
