
Seared Salmon with Garlic Aioli

Ingredients
- 4 Wild Caught Salmon Filets
- Kinder’s Organic Blend (Salt, Pepper, Garlic)
Aioli
- 1/3 cup Avocado Mayonnaise
- 2 tsp Lemon Juice, fresh or Italian Volcano Organic Lemon Juice
- 1-2 cloves of garlic, pressed
- 1/4 tsp salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Prepare the Aioli.
- Pat dry the salmon using paper towels.
- Season the salmon on both sides with Kinder’s Blend.
- Heat a heavy skillet for three minutes until hot.
- Right before searing the salmon add olive oil to the pan.
- Drop the salmon in the hot oil.
- Cook 5 minutes, flip and cook 3 minutes.
