Tyson Foods warned of a “vulnerable” supply chain. The problem is with the way commercial operations operate. Meat processing plants are not fully operational because of the coronavirus. Smithfield Foods closed packing plants in MO, SD, and WI. Meat plants in IL, PA and Canada have closed. (Reuters)

Ideally, since this is a problem for commercial operations (Big Ag), get to your farmers market, look for local sources or
try purchasing on-line.
