- In a microwave safe mug add
- 1 Tbs Butter, microwave 10 seconds
Add:
- 1 Tbs Coconut Flour
- 2 Tbs Monkfruit granular sweetener
- 1 Tbs Raw Cacao
- 1/2 tsp Baking Powder
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1/8 tsp vanilla
- Microwave 55-60 seconds, no more!
- Top with 1 Tbs Enjoy Life Dairy-free Dark Chocolate Chips (optional)
