Grain-Free Cinnamon Apple Walnut Muffins

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Mix coconut and almond flour.
  2. Add cinnamon, baking powder, salt
  3. Melt butter and honey together.
  4. Add vanilla to eggs then mix in melted butter and honey.
  5. Combine flour mixture with egg mixture.
  6. Stir in apples and walnuts
  7. Grease silicone baking cups with coconut oil
  8. Fill 9 cups (less than 1/4 cup of batter will be required)
  9. Bake 350 for 15-20 minutes.
