Banana Almond Muffins – Grain-free, Dairy-free
- 4 Bananas, mashed
- 1 cup plus 2 Tbs Almond Butter
- 2 Eggs
- 2 tsp vanilla
- 3/4 cup Almond Flour
- 2 tsp Baking soda
- 3 tsp Cinnamon
- 1 tsp Nutmeg
- Dash Cloves
- 3/4 tsp salt
Mash bananas, add eggs, vanilla and almond butter.
Add dry ingredients.
Blend until smooth.
Add 1/4 cup batter to 19 silicone muffin cups.
Top with chopped pecans mixed with cinnamon.
Bake 19-23 minutes at 350 degrees.
