
Broccoli Salad, Dairy-free
Ingredients

- 6 cups Broccoli florets, chopped into small pieces
- 2/3 cup red onion, finely diced
- 1/2 cup dried cranberries
- 8 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1/3 cup sprouted sunflower seeds
- 2/3 cup Primal Kitchen Ranch Dressing
- 1/4 cup Avocado Mayonnaise
- Salt and Pepper
Instructions

- Blanch chopped broccoli for one minute in boiling water. Transfer to an ice bath to chill. Drain.
- Assemble salad.
- Refrigerate for a few hours before serving.
