Paleo Chicken Breast with Honey Balsamic Glaze

Recipe

3 chicken breasts

Salt and Pepper

Avocado Oil

Seasoning Mixture

3 cloves crushed garlic

1/2 tsp dried rosemary

1 tsp Bragg’s Nutritional Yeast

Balsamic Honey

1 Tbs Balsamic vinegar

1 Tbs Raw Honey

Mix in a small bowl and set aside

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees
  2. Season the chicken with Salt and Pepper
  3. Heat oil in skillet
  4. Spread the seasoning mixture on the chicken
  5. Saute 5 minutes per side
  6. Transfer chicken to a baking dish, bake 15 minutes
  7. Meanwhile deglaze the skillet with 2-3 Tbs bone broth or water
  8. Cook 3 minutes and add 1 tsp Arrowroot Powder
  9. When the chicken is done, remove from the oven and add the Balsamic Honey Sauce
