Easy Paleo Bread

I do not eat bread that often, but when I have company I occasionally make a loaf of grain-free bread. Most recently I made this Paleo Bread with 4 ingredients.

Leftovers: Makes a great piece of toast or can be used for a sandwich.

Prepare a 9x5x3 loaf pan by greasing with butter or coconut oil.

  • 4 large eggs
  • 1  1/2 cups of organic almond butter
  • 1  1/2 tablespoons of fresh squeezed lemon juice
  • 3/4 teaspoon of baking soda

Bake at 350 for about 45 minutes, but begin checking at 30 minutes with a toothpick.

It may take from 30-60 minutes.
