
Grass-fed Beef Stew
Recipe
- 2 pounds grass-fed beef stew meat
- 1/2 tsp rosemary
- 1/2 tsp thyme
- 1/2 Tbs Paprika
- 1/2 Tbs salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 1 onion, sliced
- Coconut Oil or Avocado Oil
- 3 Carrots, cut in chunks
- 3 Celery, cut in chunks
- 6 cloves garlic, pressed
- 5 red potatoes, quartered
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/2 cup red wine
Mix spices together and place in shallow bowl.
Mix stew meat in the spices to cover pieces.
Heat oil in large, heavy skillet with tight fitting lid.
Add garlic to skillet and then meat.
Brown meat on all sides.
Add carrots, celery, potatoes, water and wine.
Cover with lid.
Cook about an hour or two.
Turn heat off, leave covered until ready to serve.
