- 3 Bell Peppers (orange, red, yellow) cut into strips
- 1 Red Onion, strips
- 3 cloves garlic, crushed
- 1 Tbs Avocado Oil, Coconut Oil or Mac Nut Oil
- 1 Tbs Chili Powder
- 1 tsp Paprika
- 1/4 tsp onion powder
- 1/4 tsp crushed red pepper
- 1/4 tsp oregano
- 1 1/2 tsp cumin
- 1-2 tsp Real Salt
Heat Chicken with Spices:
- 2 cups shredded cooked chicken
- 1-2 Tbs of the mix
- 1 Tbs Avocado Oil
Heat oil in pan, add 1-2 Tbs spice mix and cook 2 minutes.
Add cooked chicken and heat through, stirring to mix.
Taste and adjust seasonings.
