Balsamic Roasted Tomatoes
2 Tomatoes, sliced
Drizzled with:
- 1 Tbs Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1 Tbs Balsamic Vinegar
Sprinkle tomato slices with:
- 1/2 tsp dried oregano
- 1/2 tsp dried basil
Crush 2-3 cloves of garlic and distribute across all tomatoes
Bake 325 for one hour
Sprinkle with Bragg’s Nutritional Yeast
Garnish with something green 🙂
