Bacon Wrapped Scallops – Paleo

BAcon Wrapped Scallops 2

Scallops – If frozen, thaw, rinse and pat dry. (6 scallops per person)

Bacon – Sliced lengthwise and divided into pieces that are long enough to wrap around a scallop with a little overlap

Adobo Seasoning

Fresh Garlic if desired

Preheat over to 425 degrees.

Line a rimmed baking pan with parchment paper.

Rinse scallops and pat dry.

Season scallops by sprinkling all sides with Adobo Seasoning.

Place on baking pan, top with a little freshly pressed garlic.

Bake 25 minutes.


Bake 15 minutes more.
