
Cinnamon Fat Bombs
Cravings? Looking for a little something something?
Fat Bombs are a great way to increase the intake of healthy fats.
Store in the freezer for a guilt-free treat anytime of the day.
Coconut oil is especially beneficial for increasing metabolism, increasing satiety, and it is great for those with diabetes and hypothyroidism.
Don’t fear the fat!

This recipe uses Coconut Spread, dried coconut ground to a paste (or you can use creamed coconut or coconut manna).
Layer One
1/2 cup Coconut Spread or Coconut Manna
1/4 tsp organic cinnamon
Mix and fill 2/3 of each well in silicone candy mold.
Freeze 15 minutes.
Layer Two
2 Tbs Almond Butter
2 Tbs Coconut Oil (virgin, raw, unrefined)
Mix and add to the well with frozen layer one.
Freeze 15 minutes.
Cinnamon Icing
2 Tbs almond butter
1 tsp cinnamon
- Pop candy out of the mold and line up on a flat baking sheet covered with a piece of parchment paper.
- Turn the candy over so that the smooth side is on top.
- Quickly drizzle the icing back and forth over the candy.
- Freeze the candy for 15 minutes, keeping it flat until icing sets.
- Store in airtight container in freezer.
