Healthy Ice Pops

Looking for an easy way to make healthy popsicles?

Why spend the money on store-bought popsicles and ice pops with junk ingredients?

Make your own with nutrient dense, NingXia Red, a puree of the wolf berry with other super food juices and essential oils. You can also add fresh fruit, coconut milk and yogurt.

Sneaky way to get nutrients into your picky eater!

Ingredients

1/2 cup purified water

1 cup NingXia Red

2 drops Orange or Tangerine Vitality Essential Oil

Fresh fruit (1/2 cup sliced or chopped)

Coconut milk

Try adding 2 drops of Lemon Vitality essential oils

Do you need the Vitality Essential Oils and NingXia?

Directions

Combine all ingredients and divide equally between ice pop molds, leaving a space at the top for expansion. Put lid on and freeze overnight.

Add fruit or coconut milk

I added about 1/2 cup chopped cherries and topped with full fat coconut milk.

Comments on these silicone ice pop molds:

“The liquid doesn’t stick to the silicone, the top doesn’t leak, and they are incredibly easy to clean. I would absolutely buy these again or for friends.”

“They are great to make pops out of smoothies, so I know what is going into my kids’ frozen treats. They don’t take up much space in the freezer like a big box of pops from the store. The tops fit very well.”

“Finally got a chance to make some Ice Pops in these new molds. They worked GREAT. The caps make a real airtight seal without being difficult to work with and the ice pops pop right out. They are very well constructed and I forsee them lasting through many many uses.”

“My 3 yr old is the pickiest eater despite our best efforts, so these are great to sneak in some yogurt and fruit and she thinks it is dessert.”

“If you rinse them out right away I don’t find them hard to clean at all but that has just been my experience. I stand them upright in a cup while they are being filed and take them out once frozen.”
