Shrimp and veggies with cauliflower rice

You don’t need a recipe to “assemble” real food.

I buy pre-cooked frozen shrimp, tail-off.

Defrost and add at the end (after veggies have been stir-fried).

Chop your veggies, press the garlic.

Stir fry in Olive oil, coconut oil or avocado oil.

Serve over Cauliflower Rice.
