Vitamin D 

Take 5,000 – 10,000 IU/day (to keep your D levels close to 70-80). If you feel sick, immediately take 100,000 IU for three days. Get a D3 with K2 in a gel cap with fat.
(10,000) or (5,000)


15-30mg/day. When feeling sick, take 50mg, once a day for 7 days.

Choose a supplement balanced with copper. Take 1 per day, two if sick.

Take zinc as an amino acid chelate. LDA Trace mineral complex has zinc, copper, selenium, iodine and 7 other trace elements for optimal health

Take zinc with quercetin. This combo gets the zinc into the cells. Together they can stop viral replication. MUST start ASAP at the first sign of sickness. 


  • 400mg daily
  • Mg Plus Guard

NAC, N-Acetyl Cysteine

500 – 600mg daily (take one capsule three times a day when sick)

Quercetin  – Powerful immune and respiratory support

Quercetin drives zinc into cells, as an antioxidants neutralizes free radicals. Quercetin supports the body’s normal response to allergens, inflammation and histamines. Daily take about 500mg. Here are a few options:

Quercetin-Bromelain Forté
: 2 capsules provide 500mg quercetin along with a mixture of proteolytic enzymes and bioflavonoids that help regulate the immune cytokine response. Quercetin is called a zinc ionophore, meaning it helps zinc get in the cell.

Quercetin 500 from Metagenics: 1 capsule provides 500mg quercetin.

Buffered Vitamin C Powder

  • Take in divided doses, begin with 1,000 – 3,000mg a day.
  • When sick you will need much more, take that dose hourly to bowel tolerance. Buffered Ascorbic Acid
  • You may need 10,000 mg when sick, or more, that is why you need to take it as Buffered Vitamin C powder, so you don’t get diarrhea before you get enough C in you. 
  • Take in divided doses. Begin  with 1500 daily. Work up slowly to 3000 then 5000. When you are sick your body requires much more, so take to bowel tolerance in divided doses
  • When sick, take a quart jar of water, add 3 tsp (about 9000mg), drink a bit every 30 minutes, and finish within 8 hours. 
  • Super C Chewables (Young Living) is an option for daily supplementation.

Colloidal Silver

Use nasal spray in nose and drops in mouth.

Colloidal silver liquid drops are held under the tongue according to manufacturers directions (up to 7 times a day).

Homeopathic remedies 

“In homeopathy we recommend Thuja 30 as prevention of Corona.” Eminent homeopath Dr. Pratip Banerji.

Our recommendation for prevention of Corona is a homeopathic medicine called Thuja 30. Thuja is basically an anti-viral medicine. We have been using Thuja and our observation of this medicine is that it is both a preventive as well as can be used to treat viral diseases with excellent efficiency.

Thuja 30c. Five pills taken twice a day for 7 days than twice a week for 3 weeks. (under tongue, away from essential oils).

Heat and Cold

Fever enhances the innate immune system.
Fever is innate immune system, interferon is working, don’t suppress.
Prior to 1928 (penicillin discovery), hydrotherapy was used since no antibiotics. 1928 penicillin, meant we stopped trying natural methods and come up with drug treatments.

  • Contrast showers is a tonic to keep immune system supported.
    Taking a hot shower followed by a cold shower is a tool that can keep your immune system going.
  • Soak towels in hot water, put towels on bed, then have patient lie on towels or put hot towels on the body for about 20 minutes. Follow with Cold water on patient to lock heat in. Keep a cold towel on your head and carotid arteries.
  • Large foot bath with hot water.
    Any part you can heat helps increase core body temperature.
  • Sauna. Get the temperature up hot and heat the body comfortably.
    This will stimulate the part of the Immune system that is suppressed in sickness.

An herbalist recommended making and drinking a Nettle Herbal infusion.
Take 3 heaping Tbs of organic nettles, steep in one quart of hot water in a jar, overnight. Strain and drink.
